SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time
1. Orders received will be processed within in the next 2 business working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays).
2. Delivery time from us to your doorstep via delivery party :-

West Malaysia : 3 - 7 working days*
East Malaysia : 8 - 10 working days*
*subject to changes in courier service

Shipping Cost
1. West Malaysia : flat rate RM 9.5
2. East Malaysia : flat rate RM 40
3. FREE Shipping for order above RM 200
4. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Shipping Coverage
Orders are shipped within Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within 1 hour after your order has been placed (during business day).
2. Once we’ve confirmed and approved your cancellation request, you will notify via email.
3. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the package/s arrival.
2. Items to be returned or exchanged must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with the original hangtag attached and any related accessories included. If these conditions are not fullfilled, or anything unreasonable, it will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.
3. All items will be inspected on return or exchange.
